ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms of Use apply to any Furitus (Ferret Records) website or online service on which these Terms of Use are posted (collectively, the “Site”). By using the Site, you signify your agreement to these Terms of Use.
If you are a minor under the age of majority in your country of residence, you should review these Terms of Use with a parent or guardian.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time by updating this posting. If we make a material change to these Terms of Use, we will notify registered users by email. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You should visit this page periodically to review these Terms of Use.

YOUR USE OF THE SITES FSM
RULES OF CONDUCT
You are responsible for your conduct on the Site. By using the Site, you agree to abide by our Rules of Conduct.
• No Harm or Abuse of Others. You must not abuse, harass, or threaten anyone on the Site. You must not promote violence, terrorism, sexual assault, etc.
Examples of Violations:
o Engaging in bullying, stalking, or sexual harassment
o Posting a threatening message, whether the threatened harm is physical, financial, or otherwise
o Posting photos that depict animal torture
• No Violation of Laws or Rights. You must abide by the law in your use of the Site. You must not defame another person, infringe their intellectual property rights, or violate their right to privacy.
Examples of Violations:
o Posting copyrighted content without permission of the copyright holder
o Using the Site to collect personal information to sell or otherwise exploit for commercial purposes
o Sharing another person’s private information (such as their location) without their knowledge or consent or for the purpose of harassment.
o Engaging in human trafficking, terrorism, disseminating child sexual abuse materials, trafficking in obscene or stolen material, drug dealing or drug abuse, harassment, theft, or conspiracy to commit any criminal activity
• No Obscene, Profane, or Inappropriate Content. You must not post pornography, obscenity, profanity, or explicit descriptions or displays of nudity or activities.
Examples of Violations:
o Photos that depict genitalia
o Photos that are intended to be sexually gratifying, even if containing no nudity
o Content relating to bestiality
• No Hate Speech. You must not post hate speech. “Hate speech” is content that attacks another person based on race, ethnicity, national origin, immigration status, caste, sexual orientation, sex, gender identity and expression, religion or faith, age, disability, serious disease, weight or size, pregnancy, or veteran status.
Examples of Violations:
o Using slurs, negative stereotypes, caricatures, or generalizations
o Attacking another user based on their citizenship or country of origin
o Calling for, or celebrating, violence against an ethnic group
o Posting images or symbols associated with hate groups, such as swastikas
• No Advertising. Except with Furitus (Ferret Records)’s prior written authorization, you must not use the Site for commercial activities or advertising, whether or not for a profit.
Examples of Violations:
o Sending or posting any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation, regardless of whether or not the recipient has consented to receive such messages
o Running a giveaway or contest, without Furitus (Ferret Records)’s prior written authorization, for a prize with monetary value
o Creating a profile on the Site that promotes a business
• No Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity. You may not use the Site in a manner that constitutes fraudulent or deceptive activity.
Examples of Violations:
o Using multiple accounts to boost a rating of content on the Site
o Participating in or organizing “review bombs” on the Site
o Engaging in schemes to pay people to follow you or to post positive reviews
o Faking activity results to win a reward or prize in a promotional contest
• No Spam, Malicious Software, or Other Damaging or Disruptive Activity. You may not use the Site in any manner that could overburden, damage, impair, disable, or breach the security of any Furitus (Ferret Records) server or network, or interfere with anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Site.
Examples of Violations:
o Uploading content that contains a virus or other harmful component
o Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, other accounts, or any systems or networks connected to the Site, whether through hacking or any other means
o Using any process, whether automated or manual, that accesses, copies, or scrapes content from the Site through any means not purposely made available through the Site
o Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the Site or any related system or network
o Taking any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the infrastructure of the Site, related systems or networks, or Furitus (Ferret Records) personnel
o Making repetitive posts or posting off-topic content on a portion of the Site with a designated topic or theme
o Creating, then deleting, then re-creating an account an excessive number of times
• Do Not Impersonate Others. You must not impersonate anyone else on the Site or pretend to represent a person or organization that has not authorized you to act on their behalf.
Examples of Violations:
o Creating an account pretending to be someone else
o Forging headers or otherwise manipulating identifiers to disguise the origin of any message you send to Furitus (Ferret Records) on or through the Site
If you violate these Rules of Conduct or otherwise breach these Terms of Use, we reserve the right to take the actions described below in Enforcement of these Terms of Use.
YOUR ACCOUNT
Some services on the Site permit or require you to create an account to participate or to secure additional benefits. You agree to provide, maintain, and update accurate, current, and complete information about yourself as prompted by our registration processes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party.
You also agree to notify us promptly at Furitus (Ferret Records) of any unauthorized use of your username, password, other account information, or any other breach of security that you become aware of involving or relating to the Site.
If your account becomes inactive, we may delete your account and related data.
ENFORCEMENT OF THESE TERMS OF USE
We may take any of the following actions to enforce the Terms of Use:

Although we endeavor to enforce these Terms of Use consistently to maintain a safe and respectful user environment, we disclaim, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any obligation or responsibility to moderate User Submissions.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Furitus (Ferret Records) makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of the Content or about the results to be obtained from using the Site and the Content. Any use of the Site and the Content is at your own risk.
FURITUS (FERRET RECORDS) DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL OPERATE ERROR-FREE OR THAT THE SITE OR THEIR SERVERS ARE FREE OF COMPUTER VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL GOODS. Your access to this Site is provided on a temporary basis with no guarantee for future availability. GENERAL
EXPORT CONTROL

CHOICE OF LAW; DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you are a resident of any European Economic Area country, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, or New Zealand the governing law and forum shall be the laws and courts of your usual place of residence.
